PERLINE WITH CURED HAM
Le Perline with cured ham have a SWEET AND CREAMY FILLING with an all-round flavour. The characteristic and fun shape of Perline is that of a little drawstring bag. They are made only with durum wheat semolina and 23% free-range Italian eggs. Ideal for anyone who loves timeless flavours, they are excellent for a simple, yet tasty dinner.

Cooking in the saucepan
Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the Perline and cook for 3 minutes on a medium-high heat. Add a condiment of your choice and serve.
Cooking in a frying pan – Heat a little extra virgin olive oil (or melt a knob of butter) in a frying pan, add 200 ml of water and a pinch of salt. Add the Perline and cook for about 5 minutes until the water has evaporated. Serve.

Filling 37%: powdered milk whey, preparation of cooked pork (pork meat, water, salt, natural flavourings), cured ham 7% (pork meat, salt), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour type “0”, salt, brewer’s yeast), water, durum wheat semolina, sunflower oil, vegetable fibre, yeast extract, salt, hard cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme).
